Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy ensures that your items will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days via ground shipping. Please note that the cost of shipping will be covered by the buyer. We strive to process and ship your order promptly for your convenience. Thank you for choosing us!
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of purchase, but please note that we do not accept exchanges. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a $59 cleaning and basic upright servicing fee will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect the item for any damage or wear and tear, we'll issue your refund within 5-7 business days. If there is any damage, we will provide photos and deduct the repair cost from your refund.
